Get to a meeting

Twelve step programs are available around the world to help addicts and their loved ones remember how to live a spiritually centered life in the midst of a life-draining disease.
HeartCentered Connections meetings help us to stay balanced in the middle of the challenges in our lives. Joining together to share our feelings, epiphanies, and spiritual growth will synergistically expand the awareness of each member of the group.
The meetings remind us of what we already know, but tend to forget, when the “stinkin’ thinkin’” of our egos takes over.
Walking a spiritual path takes discipline, intention, focus – three words that used to threaten my ADD-like brain, with its need for spontaneity, impulsivity and multiple stimuli. Most of the time I felt tired, anxious and overwhelmed, but I least I could do things “my way,” or my ego’s way.
To help others evolve spiritually, we have to walk our talk.
Teaching sounds like preaching. Sharing is more caring.
As I do yoga and begin to embody what I thought I knew, the change feels organic and real.
I have more energy, get more done, can be more loving. I have lost weight, make better food choices, watch less tv, get to sleep earlier, have more focus, wake up on my own ready to start the day. I am more present with my grandchildren, more calm with my children, and attracting more clients.
I am receiving guidance all the time, with coincidences, miracles, and synchronicity appearing daily.
I am experiencing the value of setting a clear intention and then taking action steps in that direction, asking the universe to support me, and being willing to accept, and be grateful for, the help I receive.
I am meditating regularly and listening to the messages from my Soul. My karma is changing as my new memories forming of follow through and completion make new desires for even more manifestation.
I am realizing happily that I do not have to do it alone, whatever “it” is. The yin and yang, the masculine and feminine, the alone time and shared time, can all work together.
I can create with the unique gifts and talents of my individuated ego, and share with other like-minded, like-hearted souls to add to the matrix of our spiritual evolution.
My ego does not need to keep control or power, as we are One and it is our wisdom that emanates from that Oneness.
Sharing what we have and know is our way of receiving more of it.
