So, I’ll start with
unconditional l love.

Unconditional Love
can I love myself EVEN if
I weigh 20 pounds more than I wish I did
I am spending down my retirement fund
my house is cluttered
my mind is cluttered
I feel a bit scattered and overwhelmed
I’m sad
I’m anxious
I’m angry
I’m human
I don’t meditate, exercise, walk, do yoga, drink water – enough
I don’t finish many of the things I start
I’m a hermit

My Precious Darling,

I DO LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY!

You are a perfect weight, and your weight will decrease as you let go of all that is weighing you down – your possessions, your thoughts, the relationships that deplete you (you can change it’s form without abandoning totally).

I know you are nervous about finances, but you are being very productive and proactive, and abundance is yours in every way. Have faith, Sweetheart, and trust in divine timing. All is as it should be.

You are unflattering (I meant unflattering – but both are true) your house and your mind, and taking great strides in cleaning closets, letting go of clothes, toys and books, and even planning to have furniture taken away and space opened up.

The scattered and overwhelmed feelings are diminishing as you keep taking one inspired action step at a time in the direction of your dreams. You go, Girl. You’ve got this!

Your feelings of sadness, fear, anger, are all part of the human condition, and you are human and divine. Let yourself feel what you feel.

Meditate, do yoga, walk, drink water, and exercise when and as much as you can, and rejoice in what you DO do – instead of what you don’t.

You are finishing many of the things you begin, and your active mind keeps coming up with more. You will never finish them all, so let me help you decide which ones are the most important, and we will let the other ones go.
